After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in law, international profile, at Laval University and his admission to the Quebec Bar, Jonathan decided to continue his studies by carrying out an MBA in business management at Laval University.
He confirms a passion for real estate investment and property management by working in litigation for one of the largest diversified real estate investment funds in Canada. He also consolidate his skills as a property manager with short-term tourist rentals. In less than 2 years, he was able to double the income generated by the property he managed.
He then founded CoVesta with the innovative vision to respond to a missing offer in the real estate investment market in Quebec. Jonathan’s experience and knowledge of the Quebec real estate market is truly CoVesta’s best asset.
